The ladies that work at The Local do a very nice job. They tend to be busy, but these ladies keep smiling and make the effort to keep your experience a positive one. I have not had a bad experience. Also, they accommodate call-in/ pick-up times, which is very appreciated. Recently; I placed an order via phone and was told it would be ready in 10. Severely going downhill. Unfortunately. Major issues with the kitchen but servers don't say exactly what the problem is. Never see a manager or owner. Served raw fish. Today waited 45 minutes for food and ended up leaving. View all feedback.

Also, they accommodate call-in/ pick-up times, which is very appreciated. Recently; I placed an order via phone and was told it would be ready in 10. But I told the gal that I was on the road and at least 30 mins away. She said, Okay, not a problem. It will be ready when you get here. They held the order for 20 mins. before making it. When I arrived, the food had just been boxed/ came out. It was perfect timing. Thank you to the kitchen staff and the wait staff. For all your hard work and kindness. Keep it up. You 're doing great!
