What Dezi Garcia doesn't like about Napa Rose:
Service was great and people were nice, we did not feel rushed. However, there were only 4 princesses there, I was expecting to at least see Ariel and Cinderella…for the price, all the princesses should be there IMO. They should have a better system so you don’t have to leave the table and let your food get cold while you and your LO wait in line to see the princesses. What an incredible time with family, both the food and wine were delicious. The service was above and beyond any expectations. Our server Cresslyn was fantastic and host Jess made our evening truly memorable with a kitchen tour and head chef introduction. A total first class experience !!!

Service super friendly all around and from the time you walk I'm there is smiles all over from all staff hostess, bar tender, server, server assistant and manager Jess .. he us setting the great managment example.Thank you for great foods and awesome service.MB
They charge fine dining prices for what's really just average food dressed up as fancy. I've eaten at Michelin Starred restaurants for less than this, with MUCH better food.Service was also mediocre.PS: I am not a disney person, so don't care about any of that stuff. Just rating it purely based off food and service compared to non-Disney fare.
Kid-friendliness: Princess breakfast character dining. Kids 2 and under are free. ~8 rotating princesses to meet with. Mulan, Belle, Aurora, Raya, Ariel, Tiana, Rapunzel, Pocahontas this time.
