Courtyard Anaheim Resort/convention Center

Good place to stay for the conference center or Disney parks. Not the most amazing hotel rooms ever, but more and more I'm finding places like this a better experience than one of the top Marriott or Hilton ones down the road. Get a bite to eat or a drink from the restaurant and relax in the pool. They have a pack and play available for those traveling with littles.

Never stay overnight. I left something in the security box, and I contacted them the same day, but I couldn't hear from them. After that, even though I contacted them many times, I lost contact with them after about two days, so I asked the Marriott support center to intervene. Since then, I have sent back and forth many times, but I still have not received a refund, even though it is an expensive item. This is the worst hotel ever. I went there on my honeymoon, but it was the worst memory I had.

Great location and extremely friendly staff including those who work at the front desk and the restaurant. It’s a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, but I took an Uber for less than $10 each way.

Terrible customer service. I had the worst room over the dumpster with noise all night preventing me from sleeping. I messaged the hotel over a month ago and they’d said they’d get back to me but never did.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Perfect location from Disneyland.
