Olive Garden Italian - Amherst

I enjoyed the food and the service was amazing; we didn't have a reservation our date-night and the restaurant was very busy, but we were able to get a table in less then 5mins. Our server (her name was Logan) made our experience amazing ? ??, my fiance and I REALLY enjoyed our experience there.

Food was good, when we could get it. Went for lunch on non busy Saturdayand we got the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. Never was asked by our waitress Linda how things were, if we wanted refills on our drinks or food. We had to flag her down anytime we wanted more of our servings (which were visibly empty as she walked past to her only 2 other tables). When we (and over hearing the tables behind us) did get her attention, she was rude and acted bothered that we asked her for refills.

The food was tasty and came out almost as soon as we ordered it. The service was also amazing, there was always another drink or order of breadsticks on the table before we finished the one we were working on. The only complaint I have is that they turned their recording of a baby crying on a little early. I understand OGs whole thing is when you're here you're family and the recording definitely provided the ambiance they were going for. The only issue is that I hate my family so after we ate we didnt end up sticking around long.

Had dinner for my niece's birthday. We had one waiter, and from the begin i already knew this wasn't going to turn out well for her. Im pretty sure it was her first large party. We tried to make everything easier for her, but everything we suggested to her, to help her out she made it harder on herself. All off the appetizers did not come out (she forget a couple) kids food did not come out first (like we asked, because the kids started to get hungry and upset) and most of the food came out cold. Maple rd is one of my favorite olive garden locations but tonight was not a good experience for my family and I!!!!!!!

Olive Garden is easily one of my favorites place to dine. Good food at reasonable price. The food is always hot and delicious. If you live American Italian cuisine then Olive Garden is the place for you.
