I'm heartbroken for all the negative reviews because of the quick knee-jerk reactions to the larger systemic issues plaguing our service industry. Yes, I am annoyed at waiting for my mobile orders beyond 20+ mins but Chipotle customer service has always treated me well and these places are trying to recruit for more help so you've gotta try your best to be patient. I think the food has always been pretty good despite what others have said. Corporate really done goofed Boo-rrito night though. Never forget the massive crowd that spilled over into Aldi's parking lot.

Very accommodating when I ordered food for 30 people on the Saturday evening of Iowa State undergraduate commencement. We did end up missing the sofritas in our order but everything else was great and ready to go on time.

Been a huge fan of pancheroes for the longest time but since i found out about chipotle its hands down way better. You can tatse the freshness in every bite and ordera dont take very long to conplete even when there is a huge line. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do keep it up
