Apollo Burger - American Fork

I recently visited the new Apollo Burger in American Fork, and I was impressed! The service was quick and efficient, from taking our order to processing payment and delivering our food. We went through the drive-thru at 4 PM, and there was no wait at all. The food was not only excellent but also beautifully arranged in the box. We will definitely be returning!

"The mid-priced burgers offered here are quite enjoyable! The burgers are large, though a bit pricey for the quality. We particularly love their fries. However, the shakes aren't as good as those at other places, so I'll deduct a star for that. Overall, it's a solid option."

We also ordered a large Oreo shake, but what we received looked like someone had already taken a big sip from it. When I inquired about a refund, she begrudgingly complied. On top of that, the sauce we specifically requested was missing from our order, and when we asked for the fry sauce, she acted like it was a difficult favor to grant. When I requested to speak with someone else about our issues, she replied that we could only get what we ordered. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Having worked in the food industry myself, I believe that the staff should be trained to handle customers better. This woman was rude and seemed to find everything an inconvenience. Perhaps she was having a rough day, but that shouldn't excuse the way she treated us.

I had strawberry shake and I think it was called the utah burger. it had 4 flesh on it. hamburger, bacon, pastrami and gyro meat with cheese. very good, one of the better burgers I had before. the shake was good too. I'll go back in any case.

This location needs help. Manager/owner please reprioritize cleanliness and a cheerful staff, let alone the food. I’ve been an Apollo fan for years in SLC locations and was always impressed both with the quality of the food and with the clean restaurant. I finally visited the AF location 5/11 6:40. The cashier was stoic and indifferent, but the real issue was every table and booth was dirty. There was catchup and fry sauce drips all around the dispensers. Fries were hot but overdone like they’d been “freshened” after sitting around. Western burger was lukewarm and the bun was noticeably cold to the touch. I’ll try one more time before giving up and will update this review if things improve.
