Authentic Roman cuisine in the beating heart of Turin. I went with my husband on a Saturday evening in February. The restaurant offers the main dishes of the Roman tradition, plus some very original and tasty reinterpretations, such as artichoke gricia. Everything perfect, from starter to dessert. Good waiting times. Service is good on average: excellent for the more experienced waiters, a little colder from the younger ones, but still everyone is kind. The environment is beautiful, cared for to the right degree, without excesses that would clash with the type of cuisine offered. Prices are not very low, but absolutely commensurate with the quality of the food offered. Overall highly recommended!!!! I will definitely be back!!
