A delicious and appetizing alternative to the usual pizza or classic kebab, the local piadina is offered here in countless variations; there's something for all tastes, vegetarian or carnivorous, light or super tasty... You compose it as you like, there are infinite possibilities... You'll be spoiled for choice... Basically, yes they can combine your choice of meat, fish or cured meats (spicy esplanata, lard, raw or cooked ham, grilled sausage, prawns, salmon, etc... ; vegetables (grilled courgettes or aubergines, peppers, rocket, boiled potatoes, etc... ; fresh dairy products or mature cheeses (squacquerone, stracchino, fior di latte, tomini, brie, gorgonzola, pecorino di fossa, etc... ; sauces (BBQ, pink sauce, mayonnaise, tuna sauce, etc... ; other products (such as hazelnut grains, truffle oil, walnuts etc... ; sweets (for example fig jam, cream, honey, cinnamon etc... ; fruit (bananas, avocados, pears, etc... . Ate for lunch. The place inside is a bit small, there aren't many tables. In summer there are a few tables outside. Very good piadina.
