Dairy Treats - Altamonte Springs

Being from Miami I miss being able to find a good Cuban restaurant. The server I had was great and didn't rush me when I was done eating and ready to place my to go order. I brought food home for my family) I went a time and got all of my food to go. I got the Media Noche sandwich and it was great just wish all sandwiches came with a side not just the Cuban. Pastelitos de Guayaba were good but a bit pricey. Atmosphere is great and it was not busy in the evening when I went. Everything was pretty good but a little pricey.

This is not Dairy Queen! Google seams to think it is though! ? And it is inside Altamonte Mall (lower level) in case you're still looking for this fake Dairy Queen! that only has sweets.

Had to give one star because 0 stars was not an option. My 5 year old granddaughter wanted a choclate ice cream cone. And then asked nicely for icing on it…. Instead of asking what she meant he said we don’t HAVE icing. Strike one….. strike 2 my granddaughter politely said thank you to the girl that gave her the cone and the girl just ignored her. Strike 3…. Once my granddaughter was having a hard time eating it I asked the girl for a bowl and spoon….. she rudely rolled her eyes at me as she gave it to me. We teach our children to be kind and polite. This establishment needs to give their employees classes on kindness and politeness! They are out of my life and I will spread the word how awful they are.

My 5 year old daughter wanted an ice cream cone and we stopped by and she was so excited. She was so sweet and friendly and used her manners to ask for a chocolate ice cream cone and the person working was SO rude to her. I was shocked at how rude they acted towards my child. A different girl then gave my daughter her cone and again my daughter was so excited and kindly said thank you and the girl somewhat rolled her eyes and just walked away. It took everything in me to not show my @s$ and tell her what I thought of them and their service. Won’t come back because they obviously weren’t raised to be kind. Ew. ?

I never write reviews but had to for this one. My wife ordered an orange soda mozzarella sticks and an ice cream . Mind you everything was great until she took a bite of the fermented sauce that came with her mozzarella stick. I mean I can smell the fermentation. She replaces it with a fresh one from the same can she had opened today. The employee informs me she is not supposed to do a refund as it has already been bitten. She ate from one of the five sticks and it’s a health concern like you have to be kidding me. I will not be coming back especially cause you’re always waiting on them what seems like forever.
