Moe's Southwest Grill - Alpharetta

The restaurant is frequently closed despite the posted open hours. I have been unable to work there for weeks. However, reviews indicate that some customers are still able to dine in. It is noticeable that the quality of the restaurant has declined significantly within the past year.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere. The food is okay, but the service is slow and I don't think the food warmers are functioning properly. The kitchen has limited options available. They were out of napkins and the cups are not the right size. The restaurant seemed understaffed, but they are still open for business. It feels like they are struggling to keep up with demand.

At around 5:30 pm on Wednesday night, they reached closing time. This has happened before, even though the door states that they close at 8 pm. The food appeared to have been sitting out for hours and the customer service was very poor. Will not be returning in the future.

Good fast food option. it is a Mexican version of subway, go the line that freshly cut/prepared options for their burrito or salat bowl. good proportions and the meat was delicious.

Moe's is usually awesome but this place was terrible. Everything had been sitting out for a long time and it was dried up. I had to practically beg for them to make some fresh mushrooms and queso. The server seemed very inconvenienced even though they weren't busy at all. Cold potatoes. Very salty steak.
