What Maria DeLeon doesn't like about Jinya Ramen:
This is the first place I have ordered from that serves all Ramen and no protein. I ordered the JINYA chicken and my husband ordered the Spicy Chicken and each came with two thin slices of chicken...and based on the size of the pieces of chicken, I would be surprised if they added to 3oz of protein. Also, if you want anything in the ramen other than green onion and spinach, it is charge as an addition. I would not re... View all feedback.

So I’ve come here before and have had AMAZING experiences. We went last night for my birthday with family from out of town. We hyped it up so much just for it to blow up in our face. We got a good table, everything was going well at first. Then our waiter totally neglected us for a long time and we had to ask for him to come take our order. He acted like we were an inconvenience by that. We saw him hanging out talking to other servers behind the bar so clearly he was not busy. I will say, all the food came out correct. But we are all sick this morning afterwards from it. Totally neglects us again. Never asks us if we want dessert, how we are doing so far, nothing. We had to ask for our check and of course, his response was we were inconveniencing him. It was ruining the whole vibe of this birthday dinner. We pay and as we are about to leave a tip, we see he already added a 20% gratuity to the check and did not tell us. Talk about being snaky and dirty. He was trying to trick us into giving him more money when really we would have never tipped 20% in the first place. I get adding on a service charge to parties of a certain amount, but not telling them so they will add their tip on top is so wrong and dirty. I’ve managed a restaurant and one lady there owns a restaurant so we know how it runs. Never would have let this happen with one of our servers. I don’t remember his name but he wore glasses.
