The staff at Rita's was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered a fantastic variety of flavors, including their standard options. I was especially pleased to find passion fruit and horchata, which are my favorites and not always available elsewhere. I highly recommend this place to everyone—it's absolutely the best! What User doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard:
Stopped in yesterday and was very disappointed that my ice was chunky and full of white ice crystals. Are the Team Members no longer trained in the importance of serving a quality product and answering honestly. I wouldn't bother to comment if this was the first time, but it isn't, or even the second or third. As a former Rita's franchisee I love all of the flavors. The ice is watered down.. I don’t understand why this seems to be a continuous issue at this specific location but it’s a huge issue. No flavor in the ice at all. There’s a girl there that’s so rude I was standing in line and heard this girl cursing the customer in front of me and the poor woman was trying to be so patient it was insane to see the fact that people like that work for this place isn’t any wonder they have the issues they do. I’d give this place negative stars if I could.

If your looking for a sweet treat to beat the heat!? Then this is the place to be! They are always rolling out new flavors smiles so you really can't lose! The Misto's, Custard, Gelati's are absolutely slamming (you will not be disappointed)! They usually hit the spot in my opinion!
