I recently used McDonald's mobile app to place an order, and overall I was very pleased with my experience. I used the $1 Large Fries deal and reward points for 6 McNuggets and a Hot N Spicy McChicken, and everything was quickly served and tasted great. The only drawback was that I had to carry out three separate transactions because there is a limit of one reward per order. While this was somewhat uncomfortable, it... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
It's 30. They are marketed as 24 hours. I almost used my app for a free burger. When I came into the window, I was informed that they only have drinks. I can't even get a burger. I can't eat until breakfast. If I had placed a mobile order, I would have lost my points. Why are they open??? They clearly don't work. What's going on? View all feedback.

The only drawback was that I had to carry out three separate transactions because there is a limit of one reward per order. While this was somewhat uncomfortable, it didn't take too much time and I could still use the rewards and deals I wanted. Overall, I would rate my experience at McDonald's as 4 stars. The food was good and the service was efficient, and I appreciate the convenience of the mobile app. I will definitely use the app again in the future.
I went through the ride thru at McDonald 's on 104 Central Expressway in Allen, Tx and was instructed that I had to come inside to buy the gift card. No biggie. I asked the cashier if I could lift up and park in the part of the drive thru which is used to wait for the drive thru food and he said safe. I moved forward and parked my car. On my way into I hit a black, slender, fat spot that came out of my left foot and I fell on the floor. A customer in the car-dru line didn't see me. When I got up, they drove away. I went in to get my gift card, but before I left to tell the lady behind the counter that I slipped and fell quite hard out and her answer was oops! . I was a little flabbergasted and even mentioning that not the reaction I expected. When I told her I needed a gift card, she wanted to find someone to help her. When someone helped her, I told them that I told the original lady that I had to do with that I slipped and fell pretty hard outside and that her answer was oops! The second lady's answer was not better because she laughed. I told both ladies how inappropriate their answers to a customer were. It wasn't funny, and it was a oops moment. I told them that I'm not well, that they totally disregarded the fact that I fell. There were no excuses, no compassion, no nothing. When I spoke to a third lady that she needed the name of the shop manager, she replied two minutes later in a tone that sounded like a question with Maria and a shoulder bow. When I treated a lady in the company, she was just as cold! I went back to work to complete an incident report, and you could see clearly where I slipped and fell. I made pictures of the area! It wasn't cleaned and was left for someone else they fell from. No from the company contacted me, no one gave an apology, no one offered a compensated drink or anything. I am completely overwhelmed by the lack of humanity, empathy, care and compassion of every single person I had to deal with. I will now ask my question to social media!
It's not a five-star restaurant. It's McDonalds. It is clean and the service is as expected, you know, want Fritten with it. I have nothing bad to say. Food: 4/5
If you feel the need to rush thru the drive thru for breakfast, do not go here. After waiting over 5 minutes to place an order, I was told that too many on-line orders had been placed. Excuse me but I 'm right here right now. .Also, to be acknowledged on the microphone/speaker takes a bit of patience and tolerance. This happens often. Once, I was told that what I need to do is wait. uh, excuse me, I 've been waiting over five minutes. Duuuh. If there are not enough servers/cooks/cashiers to handle the workload, shut the place down. Close the location. At least that way customers won 't have to wait to be acknowledged, orders taken and being rude to. It 's not a good way to start the morning. Get your act together McDonalds at 104 Central Expressway, Allen, TX. I know you can hear me.
