What Scarlett Jayden doesn't like about Italian Villa Allen:
The bread is terribly dry. The Seafood Combo made me terribly ill. I called the restaurant to let them know it was bad. I had told the lady who answered the phone, that I was not looking for a refund. She said Tony said they could not do anything. Isimply was trying to help them so they would not serve the bad Calamari again and get someone else sick. I am disappointed intheir attitude and customer service. View all feedback.
Friendly efficient server, even though she'd worked all day teaching at a local school and was the only one on tables! Awesome rolls. Pasta has always been good. Laid back, cozy atmosphere.
Very clean and accessible restaurant. They offer large portions and for affordable rates. I enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff were very personal and explanatory. Recommended.
I had a slice of Pepperoni pizza made of fresh ingredients and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back and try more stuff off their menu
This restaurant is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very friendly and the cuisine they offer is so delicious. I never decline to have a decent meal in this restaurant. One of Allen's beat kept secrets really! The bread is to die for, salads and pizzas are amazing and the plate portions are sufficient to share. Everything is fresh and flavorful! Highly recommended.
Our office ordered lasagna, chicken Alfredo, garlic rolls, grilled chicken and salad for our staff meeting. The ladies at the front were quick to help me and do our tax exempt form. They helped me carry the food to my car. The staff loved the food. The chicken Alfredo was probably the best we ever had! Everyone raved about it! It's so good! All of the food is good! We will definitely order from them again! Thank you!
