Ocean Race Club - Alicante

This restaurant booked with the Fork app that made it more reasonable price. the service was very good, although we were the only group in the restaurant, we were not traveling. the menu selection was not big, but we all found something we would eat happy. the food was very well presented and appetizing. there were salad options to start thunfischtare and an ingot of foie gras; the thun-fish tare came with pipettes of soy sauce and tabasco and the ingot was in the did, gold. for the nets of us had cable with karto-foam and had derecote steak. the steak was cooked exactly as desired and the cod was also perfectly cooked. for dessert we all decided on the chocolate option. it was a fondant and came with vanilla and raspberry cream, the chocolate was white for a change, but I would have read the menu more carefully as I would have preferred a milk or a dark option. a very pleasant lunch with a wonderful view of the sea. this would be a wonderful outdoor option at cooler temperatures, but as it was the air conditioning was very welcome.

One of our plans for the day was to visit at least the volvo ocean race museum at the harbour of alicante. we are great fans of this extreme race all over the world and used the opportunity to feel it. but when we came in, we went first to lunch on the terrace of the ocean race club in the first floor. really nice and clean modern! with great background music. Although the menu was short, the food that came out was very tasty and up to today standard. we loved the thunfish, the oktopus and the house style batatas bravas'. keep them the good work, they deserve much more customers!
