Jollibee - Alhambra

The infamous Filipino fried chicken chain has landed the 626. Fast and friendly service. Clean restroom although one stall for each gender. Some items are not offered because of short staff.

This Jollibee is clean and the employees are friendly. Got the Chickenjoy Spaghetti combo with Pineapple Quencher and Peach Mango pie. The Chicken was tender and juicy and the Spaghetti was ok. The Quencher and Pie were fantastic though. The food seemed a bit pricey for fast food but definitely worth checking out.

WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION unless you want to wait forever. I placed an order online to skip the line but they wanted me to pick up my order at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an order online but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. This place should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted to cancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes.

I ordered Jolly Spaghetti with 2 pcs Spicy chicken. They said i need to wait for at least 14 minutes. I waited and then they served me my order without napkins and proper Cutlery. Spaghetti was good but the wait was disappointing. I think this BRANCH NEED RE TRAINING FOR fast food manuals!!!!????????????

Chicken smells and taste like oil, chicken flour still raw u can taste the season flour . Bought the promo $10 for 10pcs.
