The main reason we visit Alex Bay in the fall is to dine at Cavallario's before they close for the season. It’s a classy establishment with outstanding food, reminiscent of fine dining from years gone by. As for kid-friendliness, it's best to leave the little ones at home with a babysitter. What Ian & Frankie Harrison doesn't like about Cavallario's Steak Seafood:
The worst customer experience I've ever seen was told 20 minutes and waited for over an hour just to be told the kitchen was understaffed. Maybe if there wasn't cocaine party's going on in the bathroom they would be able to get something done. View all feedback.
Ate dinner there on our honeymoon and thought it was great. We decided to come back 50 years later on our anniversary. We were a little leary because of some bad reviews we read But was pleasantly surprised that it was just as good as back then. I've learned that some people are never satisfied. I highly recommend this place. Service: Dine in

The fillet mignon was excellent. The service good. We went with our friends. Everybody was happy with the food. The only downside is that the chocolate ice cream was icy. I recommend this place. We were very pleased. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
The bartender poor Skylar cant take a joke, doesn’t know where they get the food in the restaurant from, plus the beer was warm and Skylar’s manners were the only thing cold Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
