The good food and the good person, except that I was listening to how he did interviews and it seems to me an abuse of the staff, contract of 15 hours but work 30 and they don't know why they're going to pay.! not only that the staff have to buy the black shrimp, they don't want to pay for the other hours, they don't miss the job.
