I love this place, I would love it if it were opened like 2-3 hours later, although, through the time work, it is ready to close! I always want to go, but the hours here are pretty early. I understand that I want to avoid a late night crowd that is not ideal for a tasting place, but, I bet if they were to stay open a bit later, they would get so many more people who get rid of the work! my honest thoughts. The review on here that mentioned it took over 20 minutes to get any service at the bar, and that the staff was only concerned with serving large parties is absolutely correct according to my experience as well. I came in on a Thursday afternoon ready to buy bottles of chile wine as souvenirs (wasn't even looking for a taste really, just flat out ready to buy at least 4 bottles to bring back to friends and family). Super fun and friendly. tasting was very cheap. 4 lots of taste for $5. all weine from new mexico – and this is a recommended. loved the chardonnay, pinots, merlot and syrah. server was knowledgeable and welcoming.
I have to say that not only was the wine wonderful but the staff out did themselves. Charles was our waiter this evening and he was absolutely amazing making sure that our wine tasting experience was enjoyable. The part where he went above and beyond is when he realized that I accidentally left my wallet behind, an error that would have caused for me a lot of issues with an international flight in the morning. He, immediately went outside and spotted us at the end of the road and handed me back my wallet. I am eternally grateful and for someone that comes to ABQ often he has ensured I will come back and visit Noisy Water Winery everytime for their delicious wine and amazing customer service.
Stopped in their first week open for a tasting and will definitely be back. With 28 wines on the tasting menu, there were lots of great options to choose from, though I would love to see some additional options available for purchase by the bottle so I can try out some more of their wines.Though it did take a minute to get a server to our table, they were really apologetic once we had them and the service was great from then on. Amanda was fantastic! Did a great job of describing the wines and answered all our questions. There’s a good chance this will become my go-to for wine in Albuquerque. Super cute place in the middle of old town. Stoked it’s in the area now.
My friends and I stumbled over this jewel while I visited old towne. a so amazing place with good weeping and weeping. Ask for tana! She is very knowledgeable and provides an amazing experience. She and the wee were so great that we came back the next day!
