Chili's Grill Bar - Albuquerque

We had a wonderful culinary experience! eating is very well done and tastes very fresh, and there is a great selection of excellent restaurants to decide. the service is fantastic and our waitress was very attentive, informed and always helpful. we would recommend this place for a casual meal!

I was seated for 10 minutes and never saw a waiter to ask me if I’d like a glass of water so I left then called and told a very nice young lady of what just happened so that she could pass it onto the managers. She assured me that she would. I went next door to Lotsaburger and had my entire meal within 3 minutes…. Come on guys…. Your business is built on your service!

I did a take out order for my husband who was in the hospital with pretty strict dietary restrictions. The young lady at the take out was able to place the order adjusting for all of his dietary needs and the manager personally went back to the kitchen to make sure staff understood what I needed. Everyone there did a great job with a difficult order and it was ready quickly. My husband said his 6oz sirloin was cooked just the way he likes. Honestly thought about not leaving a review. But people need to know this location is lacking in every way possible. First off, when we walked in at 6 there were maybe 7 tables seated. The lady standing at the front asked us to wait. That she had 3 ahead of us in a group. So we sat down. In the middle of waiting a blonde lady and a gentleman with red and black hair had a conversation on where to sit people. But the blonde lady said Oh well you have to ask so and so to see if you can sit people over there, see if its okay with them . Then they both kinda just stared at eachother then and walked off. My family waited for 15 minutes with no sign of sitting anytime soon. All the employees were just standing around on the floor near the back. There were multiple dirty tables not taken care of, dishes have been taken but not cleaned. After waiting for 20 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was super super slow we decided to take our business to apple bees. Its only 2 minutes up the road, had amazing food and amazing FAST service. I suggest dont waste your time here, just go there.

I came in and asked me to be put on a booth because it hurts me that she told me it would be a few minutes before I could sit so I waited that there are open tables and clean tables but no service. she insisted that I sit in the bar. the table I sat on had a very tacky table. I ask if they could put something under that. she notices that we are constantly correcting this. then it went. she didn't try to fix it or tell someone. I talked to the manager. his excuse was the table-repair people are 3 months behind and was there any other problems and did not leave any help at all.
