Visiting Albany, Jacks was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. I always find it amusing to have wonderful seafood inland, but here we were! Mussels are a litmus test for me, and Jacks served an outstanding preparation of delicious, perfectly sized mussels. A lightish broth, well-seasoned and perfectly cooked mussels were just wonderful.
