The LA PRUA restaurant enchants its guests with a breathtaking view of the sea of Alassio, offering an elegant culinary experience. The local white wine Pigato perfectly accompanies the fish dishes, while the impeccable presentations and balanced fusion flavors capture the senses. The deliciously small but varied coffee pastries are a perfect finishing touch. Only two small criticisms: 1. the outdoor dining room is a bit small, 2. The tagliolini with seafood were cooked with the same cooking time, therefore both the mussels and the scampi were too dry, I recommend adding them at the end . Was there for lunch with a tour group. ALL expectations were exceeded here! The menu was SENSATIONAL! The staff was also convincing across the board. Very friendly and attentive and immediately available. A very clear recommendation! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dinner experience for a couple not entirely satisfying, we expected something better; disappointing course of octopus in puffed rice batter, stringy octopus and amise bouche offered as an entry with tasteless prawn covered in cold pink sauce, we wanted to try this experience, but we were dissatisfied, covered at a cost of €4 each which was excessive.
