Busy on a Saturday morning but we were seated quickly and our food came out within 20 minutes. Delicious food. Some of the best pancakes we've had in a while. Great coffee too. Bathroom was clean. The dining area is very small so expect to make new friends. View all feedback.
What Harold Morgan doesn't like about Campus Cafe:
10/10 would not recommend!!!!!!! Normally this place is impossible to get into so I got my family up early to go enjoy a nice breakfast and as we approached we saw a family of 6 walk in and get seated as well as a few others sitting inside, I went to the door to get a table and was stopped as soon as I started walking in. I asked if they were open and before I could finish my sentence I was rudely interrupted and quickly told no, it just amazes me that a breakfast place is closed at 8 am on a Saturday morning.
I went in two different mornings, at the beginning. A few locals and a few orders. I wanted to try one of their Alamosa specials, but they were from the Alamosa sauce. Friendly service. Clean. Basic breakfast and lunch menus with American Mexican standards. Feel familiar little town diner. Walls decorated with sports trophies.
No joke that the strawberry waffle was excellent. Great service, great food! Can't wait.
Really nice breakfast place - typical café tea perfected. Home Comfort and style. Our waitress, Heather, was really helpful and efficient. Portions were huge. Clean place and of course well loved. No hostage, sit down. Order through a waitress and pay at the switch when it's done! Come on!
A friend recommended Campus Cafe, and I'm glad I took his rek. I visited twice in the last two weeks. During my first visit I had a Spanish omelet with green Chile and on my second visit had a breakfast Burrito with green Chile. Both were excellent, but the Omelet was my favorite. At both visits I had waited for a table. You probably have a lot of business due to providing delicious food at a fair price. I hope to go back.
Absolutely amazing food that is reasonably priced and prepared and served by extremely friendly staff. I will definitely be eating here next time I am in town!
