What Nadav M doesn't like about Loard's Ice Cream:
Wasn't too fond of the options and the quality of the ice cream. Not sure of the theme or Loard's in general but the place looks opaque and dry. There was more sweets than the ice cream parlour itself. The furniture is okay. My biggest concern is the quality of the ice cream. This place is so adorable. Great customer service. The ice cream is amazing. My husband and I got non-dairy ice cream. It was delicious. Didn’t take any photos of the ice cream. We ate it so fast!

I was so excited to try this ice cream spot for the first time and my experience was sadly affected by the poor service I received. We did walk in close to closing, so we understood the timing was inconvenient for the employee and we were grateful that he still let us order.We tried to make our order quick but they didn 't have the buko pandan flavor, so we asked a banana and ube ice cream in a cone instead. The man behind the counter then said in a very condescending tone, yeah but what KIND of cone? You have to pick a cone. I hadn 't realized the different cones at first because I was set on getting a waffle cone so I was a little caught off guard. He then stated that there was only one waffle cone left, so I had let my aunt get the waffle cone while I got a sugar cone. After finding a spot to quickly eat our ice cream, I noticed that the family behind us had ordered ice cream with a waffle cone. I was shocked when he had pulled out a fresh bag of waffle cones and was so confused because he said that they were out for the day.Despite this experience, I thought the banana ice cream was yummy and tasted like real banana and not artificial flavored. The shop was really cute and loved the vibe of an old-school ice cream parlor. It 's sad that my experience was affected by the service received. After this experience, I looked at other Yelp reviews who had similar experiences as mine receiving rude service.
After eating dinner at South Shore Center, my family and I decided to get some ice cream even though it was cold outside.Service: There was a line but it was quick. The staff was very kind and efficient.We shared the waffle cone with double scoop ice cream. We got the Ube Macapuno and Mocha Chip. The ice cream was deeeeelicious! It was so creamy and perfect in flavor. We loved it!10/10 recommend! This ice cream shop has been here forever! Their ice cream is amazing. Whether it's hot or cold outside, can't ever say no to delicious, good quality ice cream!
We came here for dessert although it was super cold tonight. The line was super long and we almost turned around to leave but there were two arcadia games (Galaxa Ms PAC Man) and we had to play!That consumed our wait time and as others starting leave. Well let me tell you it is definitely worth the wait! There were five of us and just needed that sweetness. I had the lemon custard with coconut coconut in a fresh waffle cone.Definitely was very creamy and I love how it's not too sweet. Perfect evening and oh shout out the young lady who took our order and was patient with me!! You gotta go try this place!! Is it worth the drive?? Sure thing!!
