Best dim sum in East Bay. Quick service, fresh food, seafood doesn't have the freezer burn flavor you often get with shrimp dishes. Price is a bit steep, but this place is even better than the Garden in the city. View all feedback.
What Derek Mizushima doesn't like about East Ocean Seafood:
Solid 2/5 6.95 per med plate, 7.95 per large plate, 1.50 for tea. Their egg tart is pretty good but non-traditional,, most everything else tasted overly generic or stale. Steer clear of most of the other deserts (mango pudding is mid, rest are horrible) View all feedback.
Killer dimsum, very good service and authentic atmosphere. JUST like being in Honk Kong except the servers speak decent English
Took my son for a Sunday morning dim sum experience. Food was great, excellent service, super friendly staff... We'll definitely go again next time we're in the area.
My fried wontons were delicious but fried in burned oil... didn't notice it at that moment, but after I got home. That's the reason to put only 4 stars.
We were in the area and decided to go and it was a special celebration for Father's Day. We had an amazing time with music, the food was really good and the service was excellent.
One of my favorite restaurants in the EB. Best dim sum!!
