What John D doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Been going to this location since it opened. Quality has always been up and down but it's very low right now. It is clearly management. There are never enough people working the line and they're out of stuff way to often. On top of that the place needs redesigned as they are frequently stonewalled by too many togo orders. They have this one cashier that makes the place shine otherwise this would be a 1 star View all feedback.
They never have vinaigrettes. i’ve gone in that one at least 10 times and only twice have they even had them.
Everytime i order from here my food isn’t fresh, my rice i under cooked and my food is made sloppily never receive the correct items that i ask for 3/10
If you order the salad here you are guaranteed NOT to get the salad dressing if you have it delivered. Never fails, SMH!
The best Chipotle in Northeast Ohio! Not joke! They are generous with their portions and friendly when getting your food. Great people.
One of the best places to get real and relatively inexpensive food while I'm at school (University of Akron across the street . Definitely isn't the best Chipotle location facility wise (kinda dirty floors and tables, most employees are college kids so what do you expect haha! but the food is always amazing so I can't dock too many points.
