Burger King - Ak

Today's visit was a pleasant one. I dined in. Around 1230 Friday, I entered to a relatively clean place. Because it's Alaska and we've had snow to week I understand having a dirty floor at the entrance. The counters were clean as well as the tables. My order was taken quickly and accurately. My food came out hot. They have real sweet tea! For this southern girl that means allot!

I've been here a couple of times the food is always cold not fresh. Overall NOT! Good Quality. The staff is always rude. You should be ashamed of your yourselves this is a military base you would expect better.

I did not like how long they took to take my order we were the only ones here no one else was around, second they didn't have anything and they have very small cups not worth that price. Food was hard and felt stale, I will not be coming to the Elmendorf, Texas Burger King ever again.

Always takes forever and the order is usually wrong. Would rather drive down town. The hours also suck.

Place has a mouse running around. They had mouse traps set up but didn't have cheese on it. The service is also slow here, but no the mouse thing was just a big no, health inspection eh?
