I'll give it a 3 out of 5. I give them a 3 because at least my breakfast of ackee and saltfish with provision and peanut porridge always look good and fresh. If I order king fish with rice and peas and steam veggies for dinner it looks good and fresh. Love this restaurant! Since the new owners took over, it has improved so much! I have nothing bad to say the food is 10/10 with great costumer
The festival is so tough and the fry chicken dinner is ONE thigh cut into three pieces, with two cups of rice. Oxtail gravy tastes like ketchup with sugar. I can't even eat this ?What a joke!! Kingston Rd corner shop was the best...
Sunrise fry dumpling is good, but the ackee and saltfish is absolutely a disappointment. They should just sell it as ackee because there is no saltfish and it’s just spicy which is good but it isn’t the best and the peanut porridge is gross. Sorry
I know the running joke about Jamaican restaurants is the terrible the customer service the better the food.Sunrise, please note this does not apply to you. The food is not that good to be having bad customer service. Now I know to take my business to a mom and pop Jamaican cookshop. Thanks for the nudge ?
