Lively, eccentric establishment. Food was superb; large portions and prepared with care and finesse. Service was good, responsive and attentive, but short staffed so sometimes hard to get the attention if the waiters. What User doesn't like about Sur La Braise:
The atmosphere of the restaurant and the place itself was very nice and it‘s well located in the centre of Ajaccio. The service was friendly but I found it strange that they spilled half the apetizer and throw these parts away and never replaced it with a new serving. The fish was ok but the Swiss steak was awful. Small restaurant that does not pay a mine, but I highly recommend it, I rarely eat such good meat with real homemade fries. Very good reception, very good wine too. I'll be back.
A little wait, but what a pleasure! From the entrance to the dessert everything is good. The frame is also very careful. I recommend.
