les buches de noël étaient très décevantes, surement que le biscuit a été congelé avant la confection donc il était très sec .on a dû prendre beaucoup de commandes au détriment de la qualité, et on paye le prix fort.dommage que la qualité baisse aussi pour les autres gâteaux, surement le rançon du succès grandissant mais attention car les clients ne seront plus au rendez vous bientôt. Thank you.. for the good quality of the products.. And FÉLICITATIONS .. for the VACHERIN.. raspberry -citron.. which reminded me of my childhood.. we knew the specialties of each pastry.... Moreover... the welcome is warm... which is a significant asset... by the times that run.
