Monsieur Madame - Cantine Gourmande

Very nice burger, one of a kind. strong delicious patty with a thick cheese block that gradually melts to them. inlay potatoes are steamed baked, sweet potatoes and salads are green leaves with good qty. very nice, would see if I had a chance. pitty I didn't make a photo of the burger here.

I had the gourmande while my colleagues had original. the minikartoffeln replaced the usual pommes u find in a burger, and the salat is a healthy and tasty alternative to the kartoffels. the meal: the burger is “from this world”. I had burger from one. large food and restaurants. but honestly, nothing beats the burger I had in monsieur madame cantine. if I had additional money, I will return to aix les bains for this burger meal. the bungalow is roasted and soft because I can't communicate, I can't know if it's self-made bungalows. the bark patty is boiled to a pink, but more on the done side. it is juicy on the inside, but the grilled sides are crispy. the spice on the patty is also made exactly right, not too overwhelming, not too salty, perfecto! the cheese and the salad, fresh and tasty, perfectly combined to make this wonderful meal. it will be more satisfying if we have some arterias that fried fries together with the burger as third option to go.

We went to lunch and of course it was very busy. it is best to make a reservation to ensure a seat. the burgers were a bit expensive, but understandable, as the bark is organic and everything is made in the house. they have a strong...refaction on local, organic and fresh, which I appreciate so it doesn't matter to pay for it. the burger was delicious and came with the choice of roasted potato or an salad, I would like to have the half as they give a bit of potatoes. very good food, great service we will be safe again.

Small restaurant, better to book before going there. Smiling server offers you very fresh dishes both veggie salads or nice burgers. It is possible to get very nice salads only for veggie, very well studied and rich with various seasonal products. A little bit expensive...considering the type of kitchen offered. But a place to go !

A businessman first time in Aix-les bannes. Lucky me found this place. Homemade burgers. Good salad. Using best ingredients. Local beer and the best service in France???? I will be back...
