we spent days in Aix-en-provence and all our meals were wonderful. last night we decided to eat in our hotel restaurant. ithe starter was a mix of potato soup and quite unstoppable. the worst was my main course of the otopus chewing and undercooked. With two friends of the region I discover an excellent table that deserves a star without great difficulty. Maybe there was a lack of coherence in the past? in any case the card is refreshing, balanced dishes, worked with care and an emotional intelligence that enchants! My suffocated potatoes reminded me of beautiful childhood memories, asparagus were also great, acidities are perfect (which has reconciled my taste buds since a recent experience of burgundy. We loved the ravioli! my dessert palate chocolate would deserve to my taste a more corsé chocolate, but it is very suggestive. the wine map is quite complete, especially for the wines of the region what is a great advantage because there are beautiful discoveries. However, the rates are fairly severe. Finally, the reception is at the height of a relay and a castle. The table service is irreproachable, bravo. We're going to see the terrace this summer. reserved during a city visit!

It's beautiful, if you love beautiful, art and luxury, not forgetting the gastronomy you will really not be disappointed, with in addition a very nice and welcoming staff!
We spent an exellent moment in this restaurant, a very welcoming staff and a little care throughout the meal and even after. The delicious meal (the pintade is simply exelling the restaurant as well as the garden (and I suppose the hotel also) are just beautiful!Although thanks for this birthday party!!
