Zip's Drive In Airway Heights

This restaurant is amazing.. but the last time we went there they're tartar sauce was 100% mayonnaise and nothing else.. is it because mayonnaise is so cheap... Cuz if I wanted to dip my fries in mayonnaise I would just order mayonnaise and not tartar sauce!!! Maybe start making the mixture correct cuz you're the last zips who actually makes good tartar or used to!!

Never been here before, I live in Texas and came to Washington to visit. Ordered the tub o tots and a bowl of chilli and they were out of chilli. ? oh well can't be helped I guess. Was good service and the tots were good.

Zips is a must stop in Spokane. Best tartar sauce and Tots EVER. Super friendly staff...

Drive thru order taker regularly rushes customers through order taking, resulting in incorrect orders. Tonight I confirmed my order after making it via speaker and at the window. Received no sauce, and was charged for an extra combo meal. I would suggest that management coach the window on slowing down and not attempting to reenact the drive thru on “Dude Where’s My Car.” After literally anything you say, “is that it, is that it, is that it” this is after saying “I have a large order and I will let you know when I’m done ordering.” I’ve literally had a messed up order a few times from here, and always feel rushed by the drive thru worker with their constant interruptions. That’s why I started saying I would let them know when I was completed ordering. Food is okay if it’s made as ordered, the jalapeño ranch and fry sauces are both really good, thick shakes, good BLTs. Don’t suggest the crinkle fries. They’re either oil soaked, or perfect no in between. The atmosphere is older, but always clean (bathrooms have always been clean too). The customer service is chaotic and inconsistent though impacting the food.
