Marie Rosé - Aigues-Mortes

It's been several years since my family, friends and I came to dinner at Marie Rosé at the time of our summer vacation. And every year we are greeted with smile, enthusiasm, as if we find friends. Every year, I look forward to coming back. Alain and Marie are warm and passionate guests, with a real desire to share their know-how thanks to their fair, fresh and delicious cuisine. At Marie Rosé, we settle in a green patio with white draped tables, little jazzy music in the background. On the menu, four or five entries and as many dishes, and that's enough, because everything's homemade. The mornings will have crossed Mary to the city market the same morning. In the plate, blends of just and delicious flavors, a feeling of being home. The cooking of the fish is perfectly controlled, and everything in this kitchen is generous. The desserts are simple, light and finish the meal smoothly. Those looking for an authentic dinatory experience, in a relaxing and caring setting, around an honest and tasty table, will be filled with this restaurant. Thank you. Here is a restaurant to be recommended as soon as possible. Very great professionals. A disconcerting friendliness. A very high service. Everything is done at home by Mary. With a quality of freshness without name so it is succulent. The garden that welcomes you is surprising by the originality and calm so plunging.
