It is never obvious to fall on a good sushi bar, the most part are not directed by enthusiasts and unfortunately it feels quite often. It is absolutely not the case of Kaixin-Sushi, the owner is a real enthusiast who offers you menus as well as small, very friendly creations such as panda-shaped rice balls and, moreover, every time I go, I ask her to use her freedom of creation, the last time she tried the mix of tuna with mango flavors, an excellent marriage of creation! This is her strong point, she loves to create and for her the freshness and the work well is part of her basic priorities.Break, I highly recommend this small establishment that also offers Asian food, condiments, drinks and various sweets, you will not regret it.
