This is a very special restaurant with an extensive menu to suit all taste. A wonderful evening meal that I shared with a group of Chinese music teachers in this restaurant who knew all the regional Chinese goodies. The food was spicy but with lovely mixture of Chilli and the spice! Bravo! View all feedback.
What Marlin Watsica doesn't like about Red Chilli Chinese Restaurant:
For some reason it never occurred to me that this place was called Red Chilli Restaurant for a reason. Let's just say that there aren't a lot of dishes that don't have chilli in it, and the ones that don't have chilli, such as tea smoked duck, salt and pepper tofu sell out quickly such that when we tried to order it at 6.30 pm it was already gone. Chilli mussels, cumin lamb, sliced beef were all painful to eat due to... View all feedback.
After dinner, my partner asked a pick-up container. to our surprise, the self-announced manager advised us that we will be charged $2.50 for taking the left rice. in total unbelief that we could be charged for the left rice we had not eaten, we complained that this was very common and small. even more unbelievable, the manager decided to double on his bad customer service and tried to justify his position by giving us unlimited portions of the price we paid for rice. this is not specified in the menu. in which attempt to explain how insane their policy was, I asked him what they would do with the left tear....read more
Really good quality Chinese food, with many spicy and non-spicking options. the fancier ambiente meant that it was a bit more expensive, but nevertheless affordable. the service was decent, somewhat better than the average Chinese restaurant.
The tee smoked duck really stood out. unfortunately not on a good wise, the taste was great, but it was so dry I felt as if I was edgy. I'm sorry, it was easy to overbid the rest was nice, not blown out of this world my mind. but really pleasant. the gloomy on which I still decide, but really I think they need to be picked up with some of these aroma combos and I really like that this place offers that challenge I really enjoy the sesame dumplings. different again, but with a best friend household the Chinese people grew up, good, that was not so strange for me.
Such an incredible building! Everything about the interior is so beautiful, thought about and serves a purpose. It's a really special place We came for lunch and weren't super hungry so we just ordered a few bits and pieces from the dim sum menu and some cocktails. The flavours and textures were all incredible and the ingredients were clearly of a high quality. We'll be back next time were in Adelaide to try some of the mains on the menu. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
