La Michoacana Premium - Addison

I can't believe I didn't discover this place since moving to Chicago! It's a fantastic spot that offers a variety of ice treats, snacks, fruit combinations, and so much more. The staff is excellent, and the service is top-notch. You definitely have to try the spicy mango ice; it's a standout!

As always, her ice cream is fantastic. There are so many unique flavors to choose from!

If you're not interested in placing an order over the phone, then why do they even answer the calls? It would be helpful if they communicated their preferred method for taking orders on their website or informed us about how the staff would like to operate.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEIf I could give it a 0 I would.Ordered dorilocos and the lady forgot to add ingredients to it and was way too spicy. She asked me how much hot sauce I wanted and she still added a lot. Went back to get a refund or a gift card for another time and they wouldn’t give me anything. Said that they weren’t allowed to do either things because it’s in the “rules” asked where the rules were to read through them and couldn’t answer the question… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE the owner has 5 other stores and can’t afford a refund or gift card???
