My husband and I just had dinner at this restaurant! Our server (our receipt said Adrain, but we're not completely sure of his name) also served as our bartender, and he was exceptional! He was attentive, humorous, and truly a kind gentleman. Despite the busy night, our service was quick and efficient, with only the full tables giving away the rush. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Genghis Grill:
I went to a restaurant that claimed to serve Mongolian BBQ. The process seemed familiar, but the choices of ingredients available were quite unusual. I wasn't very impressed. View all feedback.
Salmon, BBQ Cajun Chicken, Carne Asada, Steak, Onion, Potato, Black Bean, Tomatoes, Roasted Peppers, Bean Sprouts, and Mushrooms. Noodle and Fried Rice were very low quantity. Dragon Korea BBQ Sauce Medium Bowl $15.15. Full for 6+ hrs Food is fresh out off the grill. Flavors are sweet, tangy, and mild spicy. Note: Small Bowl for take-out is sufficed.
Genghis Grill is worth visiting because it's a fun experience in putting your own bowl of food together that the chef will then cook up for you. However, my main purpose for this review is to give kudos to the young lady who waited on my son and I with such a friendly smile and helpfulness. These are the hard-working professionals who make visiting any business an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.
Loved the Mongolian beef stir fry. Hard to find places that are healthy when going out for lunch. Give it a try!
This is a great joint. I love the ability to make your own bowls. The appetizers are also decent I recommend the sweet saucy balls or the chicken potstickers). I enjoy the range of meats, fresh veggies, seasonings, and sauces. I personally like their 3G sauce and Sesame sauce- but I like them sweet and cannot handle anything remotely spicy. I think you can't go wrong with the fried rice or udon noodles options. They are good at both dine in and take out and their margaritas are pretty good.
My coworkers and I had a positive experience at this Asian fusion restaurant located between Midway and Belt Line. The portion sizes are generous, so I recommend ordering a smaller plate if you're a regular customer looking to satisfy your hunger. The prices were a bit higher than expected, but the freshly prepared food is worth it. The dishes are cooked in front of you, but be prepared for a potential wait depending on the time you arrive. If you're looking for quicker service, they also offer standard dishes on the menu.
