Steak 'n Shake - Acworth

My 7-year-old and 16-year-old stepdaughter there today and it was great! Our server was super sweet, the place was clean and the food was great.

Great customer service. They were made of ingredients to order Shake customers and made customers new request in place and replaced the frits and onion rings so they would be fresh. As a door lock driver, this is rare that an employee would do this, as usually the restaurant staff would say that they do not make milkshakes and lie to the customer and only credited their order as a whole. Very professional and fast service!

One of the best steaks in the area. Great customer service from all workers and food came fast and hot. Meredith went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order and had a 5-star attitude during our experience! Will definitely come back!

Fantastic staff from the customer to line chefs to the pick-up window to in-store management. These guys learn your order and name about just a few trips. Burgers and Pommes and Frank dogs are great. Hands down better than 5 guys, even cook or other FF or chain burgers. And IF you are in financial difficulties they have a free Frie program and no other FF or chain around here even offers everything. For health reasons, our food must not be a salt. These guys understand heart failure, fluid retention due to heart failure and sodium and how sodium breaks off liquid medicine. You understand Celiac. We can trust them to take care of our food. Miss the in-law for the chili, cheese, Frank Dog with mustard, ketchup, we order Grilled Onions and we bring lawns. They do great with a #7 double cheese burger with everything and I order lots of grilled onions, no salt on everything, including fries. Eating is always hot and juicy. You know our names and orders and are super friendly. We look forward to warm weather in the car hop area, our date point. Hello to Manager Wanda. She lives there. Oh, take the boys candy for Valentines. About 10 per shift.

The general facility is good, drive thru treats you well when they screw up your order, they are happy to fix it. I asked an employee to see if they could get someone to delete them, they said yes and I never heard again. Apart from that, the food was pretty good, the pommes were less than fresh. A decent pit stop.
