Chick-fil-a - Acworth

01/30/2023: Luckily, Jenna is still there and great as usual. As for the Corporation, Culver's for example has separate containers for plastics, paper and food. I would like to know the recycling program, followed by Chick FIL A Corporate and her franchise owners. It would also be nice to know that their meat is free from antibiotics, steroids, hormones.

I hope I can edit and change this later. I gave him 5 stars because I know the potential is there, I've experienced it in the past. It's downhill lately. I experienced a large cup of carbonated water 3 times, received old food 2 times, and not twice given. It's always during lunch when I work and someone has to run to get the food for me. O can't go back, or I would have picked it up from the beginning. It makes me waste money and I'm not too fond of it. I called the Acworth site to complain, but it's always the same story I'm going to report to my GM to fix it, it's never allowed us to replace it. I also got a CFA Cares 800 number, but that didn't go anywhere. If things improve, I'll handle it.

The atmosphere was tense because the food lasted so long. Cars were around the building. Very disappointed when the service before was always so fast and accurate that if the line around the building I would still go because I knew that I would go right through.

Honestly did not visit this place in a couple of years, I usually do not chic Fila for dinner, but glad I passed. Nice looking location, very well maintained. Very nice A1 service, as you always expect in this restaurant. And my food was delicious. They followed the cosomizations of my order to T. May you eat here more often.

They are always so nice and fast. People need to appreciate them more, because they really work hard to be a fast food restaurant. They are structured, a team and they treat people so much better than most fast foods. Especially the young kids it makes me proud as a parent to see these kids so mannerable, they way I raised my kids so that goes to say something about the parents. So thank you for always being courteous and mannerable. You guys do an AWESOME job!!!
