I also want to commend the majority of the staff, who are mostly young people. During my visit today, a family walked in, and one of their teenage daughters was not wearing a mask. The head barista kindly asked her to put one on, but the girl replied that she didn't have one. The barista explained that masks were required and provided her with one. Unfortunately, the teenager responded rudely when the barista insisted that she wear it correctly, even offering to show her how to wear it properly (it is 2022, after all—this girl should know how to wear a mask). After several exchanges, the teenager ended up stealing from the store. I appreciate Starbucks and the efforts of this barista to maintain safety in these uncertain times. It's disappointing, though, to see the teenager's mother allow her daughter to disrespect an employee in such a way.
The staff is extremely friendly, and despite the restaurant being quite busy, the wait time was minimal!

The barista even offered to show her how to wear it correctly—it is 2022, after all; she should know by now. To make matters worse, after being asked multiple times, the teen ended up stealing from the store. I appreciate Starbucks and the efforts made by the barista to ensure everyone's safety during these uncertain times. It's disappointing to see such disrespect from the teenager, and a shame on her mother for not addressing her daughter's behavior towards an employee.
