What User doesn't like about Cittubai:
We had high hopes of this place, but these weren't resolved. As soon as the staff found out we weren't speaking Italian, we were ignored by many. A single young man could have a few words of angels, and he did his best. We ordered white wine in a caraf, but we got less hot sparkling wine. After that, we ordered our food. The crep was fine. Typical restaurant in the hills of mint, beams and wood give the impression of being in a cabin, perhaps a little too many things hanging here and there make the environment warm and welcoming but complicate cleaning. parking not far not wide, advice: Maybe you might have some difficulty finding comfortable place that comes late. helpful and courteous staff. very good mouths like tobacco. Home cooking and sweets, good appetizers, we tried the fillings and seemed to eat from the grandmother. good portion of fried porcini. prices in the standard. one note: the owner who until a certain point had been good and kind, perhaps at a moment of nervousness in service (can happen) evaded some invocation of too much, not addressed to us but still unpleasant to hear.
A refuge. wood and stoves. focaccia practically equal to that of the recco, fried porcini (good mushrooms, fried a little heavy,) crespelle ai porcini trifolati (ottimo, oca and not heavy.) a cook of '35 behind the stove. What else?
Spectacular. you eat divinely and personal friendly and kind. fabulous place though not very simple to find.
Prepared, kind, attentive to the details, really nothing to excel. while being vegetarian we had several choices: we have eaten some crespelle to the really delicious porcini mushrooms that we highly recommend. in a period where everyone is inventing restaurateurs find experienced, willing and handy people is very pleased. Congratulations!
