Friday, April 15, Aqualagna. I'm not going to be aqualagna. after I learned of some caves dug into the tuff, I decide to go and look for them. That's how I know the owner of the castle's house, asking for the hypogeans. the restaurant is special: outdoor tables are immersed in a fabulous garden and the interior of the room looks like the crossroads between the west and the east. Dearest, you are very good with food. good advice on wines. but education is fundamental. If you deserved the top for the kitchen, get something for customer relations. I'll be right back. the customer is always right, some issues that face them before submitting the account, it is not that you do as you wish and rudely claim to be right. Congratulations. Wonderful location, good reception, kitchen offering interesting opportunities from classic to wanted. and the covers for the legs, do we want to talk about it? a small gesture to make everyone comfortable.
We dined here twice during our holiday and were delighted with the service and food both times, The Antipasto del castello is just amazing, so many flavors and textures. The pizzi are gorgeous and the choice of primmi and secondi is very good. Add a great wine list, all local. Our waitress was very professional and helpful. You need some Italian to get by as English is not understood as in most restaurants in the area. We will be back next year. ten out of ten.
Set near the top of a hill outside Fermignano, it's about 3 miles off the main road. But when you get there, you'll find some of the best Italian country cooking in the area. From the Antipasti, through the Primi and Secondi Piatti to the Dolci, the food is deliciously prepared and impeccably served. There is also a vegetarian offering. Find out what it means to truly Mangia.
Really off the beaten track, we did a dirt road to get there. Indoor and outdoor eating, wonderfull decor, great pizzas and pasta!!
