If you are looking for a big landlord and friendly locals, this is the place to be. I was very welcome. Locals bought drinks for me and friend. asked us to choose the music on the jukebox. they paid. Invited by the landlord to visit her knitting project - I did. Great place. View all feedback.
What John Shaw doesn't like about The Crichie Inn:
We have been here a couple of times now and it has been okay but the service and the horrible refried burnt chips, with crispy bits mostly spoiled the meal. The waitress saw that all our chips were left but did not enquire if there...was a problem? I have to say it is a nice pub but the food is not of high standard, pity as they could do really well if the food was nice. Not sure if I would go there to eat again View all feedback.
Get with the times, the Crichie Inn closed years ago, its now a Chinese takeaway and Steelies bar, both brilliant though
Really nice Chinese takeaway and good value for money as well.
Met up with family fpr pre xmas dinner. Great pub with really good menu and a great Christmas menu. Very pleasant and efficient staff and really good value. We will return.
Was here a couple of weeks back with the family. Had a lovely meal and the service was great. Nice simple menu and a nice cosy dining area. Prices are very reasonable. Been done up nicely and would definitely come back.
