While some patrons rave about the delicious food and warm welcomes, others lament steep price increases, long waits, and inconsistent service. It's evident that the café struggles with its success; busy peaks mean a packed venue, often resulting in overwhelmed, inexperienced staff. Despite these shortcomings, many describe the food as fresh and flavorful, emphasizing its extensive menu catering to various diets. With commendable COVID-19 protocols in place, Castleton offers a blend of promise and pitfalls, leaving customers pondering their next visit.
