What tufty1940 doesn't like about Castle Cafe:
My family and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat after attending a local event. The decor was outdated and not very appealing, but the food was reasonably priced and tasty. You can't beat a simple bacon sandwich and a quick cup of coffee. View all feedback.
The staff were lovely but the owner was very grumpy towards customers and staff. I will not be going again
Good basic pub food. Only customer but many friends of the bartender. Sort of dark. Looked like a drinking place. Not many places in Huntly to eat.
Excellent pancakes freshly made to order . Also a great selection of scones and home bakes made daily.A great selection of snacks on the menu too for lunch. Loved the chicken fillets with salad too .
My friend and I often visited the castle café for school lunches. We really enjoyed the Chips and Gravy but if your looking for something more substantial I would definitely recommend the chicken fillets. The pancakes are also very tasty and are worth going back for. Can be a bit pricey but good quality and friendly service.
Called here for an all day breakfast, nice food at reasonable prices. Lovely friendly service from the ladies who served us. Clean comfortable cafe, thanks for a lovely meal.
