Village Grill – Village Hotel Aberdeen

We had a great time during our stay in the village of Aberdeen. The room was very clean, simple but nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing night away. The swimming facilities were also clean and well looked after. The food was decent with a good selection at breakfast. We would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

The two girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our stay. The room was spacious and clean, although there were some minor cosmetic issues. The staff at the bar and restaurant, both in the evening and during breakfast, were also very welcoming. However, the only negative aspect was when the fire alarm went off at 11:00 at night and most guests were outside, there was no hotel staff present to provide information or guidance. This lack of communication during an evacuation could potentially lead to bigger problems, so it's important for hotels to ensure they have proper procedures in place.

The hotel was lovely, with a clean room and friendly staff. The food was excellent and it was great to have access to the pool. I would definitely go back, even though it was a bit farther than I expected. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience.

The first time to visit here and it is a good hotel with good facilities, the pub and barbecue was nice as the breakfast, the pool sauna and steam bath where super, my only grip was the location, it is just too far away from the city center, but it will not stop me visiting again and I would certainly recommend you to visit it.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was comfortable and clean with an excellent bathroom. The hotel, although a short distance from the city center has a regular bus service that had us in Union street in a few minutes. An evening meal at the hotel was a good pub-grub both delicious and well presented. Breakfast was compact, delicious and hot. I loved the little teapots you can fill yourself, give 2 good cups. The staff was always friendly and helpful. A member of the bar staff helped us find the mess we had done to order food online. In the second morning I visited the gym and the pool that was a good experience. A well-equipped gym with friendly staff. Pool/Spa facilities were excellent. We are already planning another trip to this city and hotel.
