With my friends and well-known we talk about where you can eat best and here you're agreed. The onion roast is unmatched with the associated roast potatoes and the supplement salad. In front of the main dish there is a very fine self-made grievous scarf on baguette slices. Here in the middle of the village you don't expect such a noble place.
Inconspicuous and foreseeable in the center of Sandharlanden. The restaurant is located in an cultivation of the traditional village farm. We were recently there for the first time and were looking forward to properly prepared dishes and a first-class service. With the rust roast I got roast potatoes that can't be topped. Unforgettable! We come back and look forward to it!
Wir hatten Kalbsbraten, Schweinerückensteak und Schweinemedaillons und alles war auf den Punkt gegart. Geschmacklich eine Übereinstimmung für die Sinne. Auch die Beilagen waren zu 100% frisch zubereitet und alle Waren aus bester Qualität.Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Dessert gab es Cashewkernparfait das sich ebenso geschmacklich perfekt abrundete. Eigentlich gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, einfach hingehen und geniessen.Für einen kleinen Ortsteil ausserhalb und vollkommen unscheinbar eine unerwartete Überraschung - wir kommen zeitnah zu 100% wieder.Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Abend ...
Bei meinen Freunden und bekannten reden wir ab und zu darüber wo man was am besten essen kann und hier ist man sich einig. Der Zwiebelrostbraten ist unerreicht mit den dazugehörigen Bratkartoffeln und dem Beilagensalat. Vor dem Hauptgericht gibt es für jeden ein sehr feines selbst gemachtes Griebenschmalz auf Baguette Scheiben.Hier mitten im Dorf erwartet man gar nicht so ein "edles" Lokal.
