I stumbled on this franchise in New Westminster and was delighted to learn that we had one in town. 3 Friends joined me to also explore this unique eatery. The food is delicious. Even though I'm not crazy about salad, with recommendation from my friend, I went to this franchise in White Rock when I worked in that area. I fell in love with #1 Whole Bowl. Salad was always fresh with lots of avocado. The warm brown rice is great to go with it. It was so yummy and satisfying. I was so happy to realize there is one in Abbotsford where I live. They have great spicy chicken sandwiches, my wife likes the cups. They have excellent gluten free peanut butter cookies.
My go to spot for quick and healthy food! Go after 430 for a free kids meal and that's an added bonus. My kids love the food here and so do it. Great in a grind to take to work. Better than a fast food spot but still quick.
My wife and I were looking for something fresh for lunch so we decided to give the chopped leaf a try. Boy we were impressed, my wife is a vegetarian and she found many choices and I got the spicy chicken sandwich on sourdough so tasty, I will be back.
Love this place! Recommended by the kindly young lady at the info desk at Abbotsford city hall. I visit every time I'm in town. Good food at good prices.
I 'made my own ' salad with spinach, chicken, pecans, cheddar, cranberries and apples with the fruit vinaigrette, and I have to say it is by far the best salad I have ever had! The ingredients couldn 't be any fresher its amazing. A little pricing $14.00) for a full size, but you get what you pay for, you honestly do feel better after you eat. My office decided to do a lunch from them, 20 orders all taken to perfection and everyone was happy! They offered a discount as well for a group order. Definitely my favorite place for lunch in Abbotsford.
