The restaurant had slow service, with only one server handling the entire lounge. They didn't explain how the VIP experience worked. The prices for food and drinks were high compared to the quality. The food was average and not worth the high cost, as I could easily make better meals at home.
This review is a mixed one. When we arrived, we were told to choose any table, which we did. However, it took the server some time to come and acknowledge us, which was not very welcoming. He apologized, and then we tried to order, but they were out of many items and the online menu did not match the menu we received. The server apologized again. When we tried to order snacks for the movie, we were told to wait until we were in the theater, but then they did not have the items we wanted. Another apology followed, making it seem like a never-ending string of apologies. They explained that they did not anticipate the large number of people due to the showing of the Top Gun movie, but I'm not sure why that franchise wouldn't attract more customers. Despite all these issues, the free pool and the movie made the experience somewhat worth it. I wish I could give a better review, as our past experiences at this VIP restaurant have been generally good.
I waited for an hour without receiving a drink! The waiter was unattentive and the bartender was incompetent, causing a long wait for service. To make matters worse, my appetizer and dinner arrived at the same time, and both were cold after waiting 1 1/2 hours. This was the worst service I have ever encountered - absolutely terrible.
The food was good, the service was a bit slow but apparently the new Top Gun movie has the theatre full of people and they’re all there to watch the movie AND eat dinner. Our server was lovely and very apologetic for the delay. Overall, a great experience non the less. I will definitely go back. Prices are good, better than some restaurants near by
Went for valentines. They only had one server poor girl, but she got everything done and all the food out to everyone! My partner was very surprised to be eating dinner at the movie theatre but we both found things we liked so it was great.
